2. Are your cheese straws made with real cheese?
Absolutely! We use 100% real sharp cheddar cheese in every batch. No shortcuts, no substitutes—just rich, savory, cheesy goodness in every bite.

3. Do you offer gluten-free options?
Not just yet, but we’re testing recipes in the kitchen as we speak. Stay tuned by signing up for our newsletter—you’ll be the first to know when we launch!

4. How should I store my cheese straws?
Keep them cool, dry, and sealed tight once opened. They're best enjoyed within 2–3 weeks (if you can hold off that long!). Want to stash some for later? They freeze beautifully for up to 6 months.

5. Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
Yes to pickup! If you’re in the Greater New Orleans area, select Local Pickup at checkout. Pickup is every Wednesday from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at 4228 Eve Street, New Orleans, LA 70125.

6. Can I order in bulk or for special events?
Yes, indeed! We love being part of your celebrations—weddings, corporate gifts, party favors, you name it. Drop us a note and we’ll send over a custom quote made just for you.

7. Where do you ship?
We ship coast to coast across the U.S. Standard and expedited shipping options are available, and you’ll see the rates at checkout.

8. How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically baked and shipped within 3–5 business days. You’ll get a tracking email or text once it’s on its way. (P.S. Local pickups are usually ready within a day or two!)

9. What’s your return policy?
Since our treats are perishable, we don’t accept returns. But if something’s not right, let us know within 3 days—we’ll make it right with a little Southern hospitality.
